Now fold the lace along the next side and you have a perfect miter.

Repeat steps 5 through 9 until all four corners are miteres.

Using a small zigzag stitch (L=2.0, W=2.5) zigzag around the lace on both the inside and outside.

Cut the front piece to 13 x 13 inches making sure to keep the design and lace centered.

Sew the two long ruffle strips together creating a piece 4 inches by 88 inches.

Lay the edging lace a scant ¼ of an inch away from the edge of the fabrtic and pin it in place.

Set your machine to a tight zigzag stitch (L=1.0, W=3.5) Zigzag all the way along one 88 inch side creating a rolled edge (see below (shown in contrast).

Form a circle from the strip and gather it to the front piece.

Sew the front and back pieces together leaving an opening for turning.

Turn the piece right side out, press, stuff and sew the opening closed by hand.
