Victorian Lace Cuffs
These are so elegant, yet so easy to make. Wear them under jacket sleeves to add a special touch. Make several in coordinating colors to go with different outfits. Make them single or

Measure your wrists and cut two pieces of elastic 1 inch larger than this measurement.
2.
Create a two circles of elastic by stitching the ends together, overlapping by ½ inch.
3.
Cut the 4-5 inch lace in half and stitch the raw ends together creating a circle.
4.
Sew the lace piece to the lower edge of the elastic, stretching the elastic as you go so the entire lace is attached to the elastic.
5.
Repeat steps 3 and 4 for the 3-4 inch lace if you are making double lace cuffs. The second piece of lace should be stitched above the previous lace on the elastic.
6.
To wear, just slip the cuffs over your wrists, tucked under any long sleeve garment.

¾ yard 4-5 inch lace
